How does ScheduledMailing.com work?

Our system is unique in that your personal card or letter is stored and mailed. Our competitors send out computer generated mailings that are not as personal as the one that you complete yourself. ScheduledMailing.com receives and processes mail on normal business days. Your letter or mailing information, including mail date will be entered in our database.

We DO NOT release the names and information in our database for any reason. The names in our database are only used for the delivery of your mailing. Upon receipt and scheduling of mailings, a confirmation card will be sent to the recipient. The confirmation card will inform the recipient that they have a mail delivery scheduled, delivery date, and ScheduledMailing.com contact information in the event that their address changes.

The sender’s name will not be released on the confirmation card. We will determine the transit time and try our best to have your mailing arrive on or one day before your scheduled delivery date. Letters and mailings will be stored in a dry environment until the date of mailing. ScheduledMailing.com will purchase and apply postage at the current rate from the United States Post Office.  Mailings will be sent out USPS First Class Mail to US addresses only.
