What if mail is returned?

ScheduledMailing.com will re-send the mailing to the alternate address that you provide on the Sender’s Information Sheet. If the mail is returned a second time, we will attempt to locate the recipient's current address through our available resources with the information that you have provided on the Sender's Information Sheet entered in our database. 

Undeliverable mail will be stored for five years. Unclaimed mailings after five years will be properly disposed of. Should a customer contact us with a change of address during the time the mailing is being stored, it will then be mailed to the current address. It is the responsibility of the sender and the recipient to keep our database current in the event of an address change.
